Title: Convergence
Date: 2026
Material: Nylon monofilament warp, TPE weft

Convergence is a handwoven textile sculpture composed of twelve independent planes of cloth that run in parallel before gathering into a triangular convergence point and separating again. Unlike works formed from a single continuous textile, the structure remains partially open, allowing woven passages to maintain autonomy while periodically intersecting in moments of compression and release.

Woven entirely by hand on a loom without armature or post-loom fabrication, the sculpture shifts between order and irregularity. As light and perspective change, structure appears to gather, dissolve, and reform- reflecting a dynamic balance between independence and connection.
