Gestalt explores garment creation through a single integrated weaving process, merging fabric production and construction to reduce waste and material complexity. Complete garments are woven directly on the loom, emerging fully formed without sewing or assembly. Synthetic yarns allow ultrasonic edges that seal without fraying, while form is shaped through weave structure and material choice.

Using standard industrial jacquard machinery in unconventional ways, the project proposes a streamlined approach where multiple stages collapse into a single system, reflecting efficiency, transformation, and the potential for sustainable design within industrial processes.
